Good local Italian in the East? Brighton’s Aromi is where it’s at. Owners Paolo Masciopinto and Salvator Montella have brought their heritage routes to the neighbourhood.
Fresh pasta made on site with traditional Napoli and Piemonte inspired dishes, stemming from the guys hometowns.
Try the gnocchi fritto (fried gnocchi) or their mouth watering grilled quail with crispy prosciutto, sage and pearl barley. Add a glass of wine from Aromi’s list of European wines, or opt for one of their cocktails.
Please be patient as venues pivot to new rules and regulations as instructed by the Government.
