Charlie Carnington brings his love of travel to the table. Literally.
The simplistic modernly furnished restaurant has a menu which changes weekly and a cuisine changing every four months.
Each cuisine is a representation of the places he has travelled and the menu is set. The kitchen has been fitted with a wood-fired oven and the ceiling a giant brass compass.
The food is visually perfect, each element having its place on the plate. Make sure you book in advance before the tables are snapped up.
