Atta is a modern Indian restaurant changing the food experience. Embodying all senses of taste, touch, sight and smell, Atta is altering the perception of food.
Headed by by Brij and Harry, the aim is to bring a taste from India, as a whole, to Melbourne. The menu incorporates different indigenous dishes from all areas of India, with a modern twist. The team wanted to bring a different side of Indian cuisine, that isn't often seen, whilst executing a new and exciting dining experience.
Menu highlights to try are the 16 hrs sous vide leg of lamb, butter chicken and Palak paneer.
