Attica is a Melbourne renowned restaurant, headed up by infamous chef Ben Shewry. It has won many awards and is one of the very few Australian restaurants to be in The World's 50 Best Restaurants since 2010.
Ben Shewry's creative twist on authentic Australian flavours, most from ingredients that are rare to find, as well as his sensory experience is what makes Attica so special.
Ben experiments with special ingredients such as salt bush, honey ants, sticky wattle and pearl dumplings. It has set a fine dining benchmark for Melbourne, but beyond that, it has set the tone for what Melbourne has to offer to the world.
