If you hear the word croissant, Lune should automatically pop into your head.
Kate Reid is the woman behind this croissanterie, who factors in precision and excellence in the process of every product.
Lune is not just a bakery, or croissanterie - Lune celebrates the creation and complexity of that makes the croissant.
Get there early to line up, before they sell out and expect to cue for 15 mins or more. Go for the original, tasting and assessing the croissant in its natural state. Once done, opt for the Kouign Amann. A Traditional pastry from the Bretagne region of France, laminated with sugar and baked in a buttered, sugared mold until caramelised. You'll then want to move onto the Cheese and Vegemite Escargot and while you're at it, the Ham & Gruyere - a croissant baked fresh with a filling of shaved ham, Swiss Gruyere & seeded mustard.
Please be patient as venues pivot to new rules and regulations as instructed by the Government.
