Opened by My Kitchen Rules 2016 winners Tasia and Gracia Seger, Makan celebrates the essence of Indonesian culture.
With the name being a direct translation of "eat" in Indonesian, the pair wanted to ensure a true embodiment of culture and tradition was evident through experience at the restaurant.
With a modern take, the restaurant boasts Indonesia's fusion of vibrant, colourful ingredients, strong flavours and warm hospitality. It's in a quiet side street from the busy Melbourne CBD and truly is a flavourful Balinese escape in every way.
