Bright classic Shiraz fruit profile, blackcurrant, ripe raspberry and white pepper aroma follows through onto the palate and is interwoven with liquorice, coffee, and spice. As with the 2016 Shiraz this wine will open up to reveal further complexity and depth.

Harvested on the 17th March crushed to fermenter. Ferments were pumped over daily or plunged. Primary fermentation was completed after 14 days. Pressed after 21 and filled to oak with a portion being 20% new French Oak Barrels.
