How to use
Marinate strips or schnitzel of turkey or chicken in 1 part spice to 3 parts oil or generously dab the same blend onto a whole chicken in the last 30 minutes of roasting (to avoid burning the spice). Use with poultry, steak, veal and pork. A popular blend during the weeks of Oktoberfest, when Germany consumes almost 7 million litres of beer!
