How to use

To steam your buns from frozen:
Spray the base of a bamboo steamer basket with a non-stick spray.
Place your buns into the basket with at least 1cm space between each bun.
Place over a medium steamer and cover. Cook for 10-12 minutes until fully thawed and heated through.
Serve immediately.


To steam your buns when thawed:
Spray the base of a bamboo steamer basket with a non-stick spray.
Place your buns into the basket with at least 1cm space between each bun.
Place over a medium steamer and cover. Cook for 6-8 minutes until fully thawed and heated through.
Serve immediately.
