How to use
Pan fry or drizzle with olive oil and roast in the oven at 180°c for ~20 minutes until internal temperature reaches 65°c.
Free range pork fillet, breadcrumbs, egg, flour, milk, Parmigiano Reggiano, parsley, lemon zest, salt, pepper.
