How to use
This blend is ideal for marinating; mix 1:2 with olive oil and coat pieces of meat prior to grilling or frying. On roasts such as a leg of lamb, re-coat several times during cooking. The flavours are especially well suited to grilling lamb, but also magnificent on other grilled meats and vegetables. Contains salt, but depending on use, you may add more to taste.
Garlic, sea salt, rosemary, onion, pepper, lemon myrtle, oregano, sumac, aniseed myrtle, marjoram.
