Hemingway's Wine Room Duck Parfait is soaked overnight and then sauteed in a pan blended with a Cognac and Port Wine reduction, sauteed shallots and pureed before being poured into our jars and sealed with a layer of duck fat.

How to use

we recommend enjoying our Duck Parfait as an accoutrement to a decadent cheese platter or spread on a warm, buttery crumpet for the ultimate indulgent snack.
