ISH Confit Duck Korma

How to use
Preheat oven to 180-degrees, line baking tray with baking paper. Add the duck skin side up & heat for 8-10 minutes. Pour the korma curry into a sauce pan & bring to a simmer on medium heat for 8-10 minutes. Once cooked pour the Korma into a bowl & place the duck leg onto the korma. Best enjoyed with naan or rice.
