How to use
Empty the eggplant plant curry into a pan, Bring it to simmer on medium heat for 6-8 min until heated through. Serve on a plate and garnish with garnish packet. Best served with naan or rice.
Eggplant, onion, tomato, ginger, garlic, cane sugar, coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala, salt, (optional yoghurt).
