ISH Moliee and Mushrooms

How to use
Pour the Moilee curry into a sauce pan, bring it to a simmer on medium heat for 8-12 minutes. While the curry heats, add vegetable oil to a new sauce pan & sear the mushrooms until cooked through, season to taste. Once cooked add mushrooms to the moilee curry. Once cooked serve with some rice.
Mushrooms, snowpeas, chilli, tomatoes, onions, turmeric powder, mustard seeds, coconut, curry leaves, ginger, garlic, salt, water.
