How to use
A perfect dry or wet marinade for grilled, slow cooked, smoked or roasted meats, it is traditionally used with pork or chicken, but is also delicious with chargrilled vegetables, fish and shellfish, or in a vegetarian version with silken tofu. This blend has the unmistakable flavour of allspice, balanced with the heat and depth from chilli, ginger and cinnamon. Use 2 tbsp of spice per 500g of meat, vegetables or tofu.
