How to use
Chef Gabriele recommends a four-cheese sauce or duck ragù.
Do not thaw frozen gnocchi before cooking. Remove it from the cryovac and cook it in salted boiling water for 3-4 minutes or until the gnocchi rises to the surface of the water. Strain and combine it with your chosen sauce.
Ricotta, sweet potato, Parmesan, free-range eggs, sea salt.
